The following is just a collection of things my two girls say and do
- Lucie wanted a dog like my sisters and since that wasn’t going to happen we bought her a toy one instead. She decided to call it Harry the same as my sister’s and since her’s is a girl Granchy Bob asked if it was a girl or a boy. Lucie’s reply – “No Granchy Bob, it’s a doggy. It’s not children!”
- At the weekend I bought myself a set of dumbells so I could do a little workout in the evening. Last night I got them out and Lucie was wondering what they were. I said they were weights and she tried to pick one up, failing misserably (she’s two after all) but then asked if she could have some. I went and got a couple of pencils and four deoderant can lids and taped them all together then we lay on the floor “feeling the burn”. Priceless!
